GOSPEL OF POWER

Psalm 92:13-14 (KJV): “Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing.”

It is one thing to be anointed, and quite another to age with the anointing.

Our theme scripture speaks of those who are ‘fat’ in old age. The Hebrew word for ‘fat’ is dashen, which means ‘full of oil.’ This represents the anointing.

Many great ministers of the gospel have shown that it is possible to reach the evening of one’s life with an ever-flowing brook full of the anointing and demonstrating the power of God. Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Morris Cerullo, and Kenneth Hagin ministered mightily even in their old age. They may have been older, but they were still fervent in spirit.

By their lives, they have shown that the anointing has no retirement age. God does not stop using and elevating you to greater spiritual heights simply because you reach a certain age.

I declare that even at eighty, ninety, or one hundred years of age, you will be manifestly anointed. Your brook will still be flowing, and the world will still regard you as a spiritual force to reckon with.

Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET: The anointing has no retirement age. God does not stop using and elevating you to greater spiritual heights simply because you reach a certain age.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this word and the anointing upon my life. You have said by Your Word that the rivers in my spirit are everlasting. I know that I can never run out because the endless one is in me. I am renewed daily by Your precious Spirit, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
